On-line registration is easy
1.) Go to: http://hls.gehealthcare.com/redeem/2.) Redeem Code: Enter the Redemption Code provided by your GE Sales or Applications specialist (exactly as it appears i.e. 2001010-1, 2001010-T1, etc.). Click 'continue'.
3.) Register: First time users will need to click on 'Create New Account', complete the registration form and click 'submit' and then 'continue'.
4.) Log In: Log in using the GE SSO account that was just created.
5.) Registration Verification: Verify Facility information, make changes if applicable, provide contact phone number, select 'Next' when completed and 'Yes Submit Request'.
6.) Ultrasound Advanced Training Courses: You will see a green message that your voucher has been redeemed. Select 'My Catalog' to view list of courses you are eligible to attend.
If you receive a message that your voucher cannot be redeemed, contact the GE HLS Customer Support Team at: 877-438-4788 or Email: [email protected]
7.) Access Your Training: Listed in the 'My Catalog' tab, under Ultrasound Clinical Product Education, expand "Ultrasound Training" by clicking the plus sign to view your course offerings. Select the title of your training course.
Enroll in a course date by selecting 'Click here to enroll', review course details and click 'submit' at the bottom of the page. You are now enrolled in the training session you selected.
While you are still logged on, feel free to complete the Pre-Course Tasks including the Certification Information and Pre-Test. Additionally, you will have access at any time to the Resources for your specific system.
You will be notified 8 weeks prior to your training to access information on arranging your travel and lodging through our travel agent. Do not book travel on your own; the instructions provided will allow you to bill it directly to GE Healthcare.
